BIO 201 and 205

I need help I am going to be taking the final in both bio 201 and 205 in the next couple of weeks. What do I need to study for in both classes? I have high b's in both classes and I wouldn't mind getting A's if I can do well on these test! Any suggestions?

I took my A&P classes through Pima so I may not be much help. I studied my notes that the teacher passed out ( had to fill in the blanks) and if they offer a pre-test it should give you a good idea of what will be on the test. If those are not an option for you, try to form a study group or talk to your instructor and he/she may give you a couple of helpful study tips, cant hurt.

rpadilla, what was 201 like at Rio Salado? I'm considering taking it there.

Its hard because I am doing it online so I have to teach myself everything which I am not to fond of but it was a way to finish these classes. I am just ready to be done and over with them. Take it in person if you can!

Hi

I am currently in the BIO 201 class and was wondering how you did on the final. I thought I was doing really well on the midterm until I got my score . . . :cry:I could not believe it! I studied for weeks!

Now I am nervous about the final - if you would provide any tips on the final that would be great!

I thought I did really well while I was taking the test - but then I submitted it and ended up failing it, I was shocked! I studied for 3 weeks for the midterm and since you cannot see what you got wrong, there is no way to dispute it.

The final was worse than the midterm, at least the midterm I had was pretty much what I studied. The thing about the RIO tests is that they can be over EVERYTHING in the chapters, not just what was tested on in the quizzes. Their questions really do prepare you for Nursing Tests, if thats anything to be happy about. Since their tests have alot of the choose the best answer format and really dip into the critical thinking while applying the answers to situations. I think that RIO prepared me very well for Nursing School. With that being said I think their tests are harder! So anyway Bio201 as I recall there was alot on it about the neuro chapters.
