Has anyone recently taken Bio 202 online through Phoenix? I am currently taking it through Rio and getting a B, but I am REALLY considering retaking it through a different college. Considering how important the subject matter of 202 is for nursing school, I just don't feel as if I have reallyt LEARNED the material. I don't want to just get a grade, I want to be able to really know and understand the material. As well documented on other threads, Rio isn't really that optimal as far as their course structures for Bio go. Unfortunately, right now in class is not an option for me, and I have heard good things about Phoenix. So, if anyone would like to share, I would appreciate it.
Thanks!

Hi chihmom8,
If I were you I don't think I would completely take the class over again. You can probably re-read the material and get some addtl resources, (books, online journals etc) that will go into more depth on the topics you're unsure of. But I have actually taken Bio202 online at Phoenix College. I had an extraordinary instructor and I actually feel like I learned more online in 202 then I did when I took 201 in person the prior semester. I would in no way describe the class as easy. All the tests were timed, and there was a lot of reading, homework, discussion etc. But the instructor was very knowledgeable and did a great job getting the class to think "beyond the book". If you are dead set on retaking the course I would highly recommend PC's online 202 course. Hope that helps! :wink2:
