Binghamton BAT Program 2017-2018

I am applying to Binghamton's BAT program for 2017-2018. I will be graduating from Stony Brook University in May 2017. Is anyone else applying? Is there anyone who is currently in the program who can tell me what Binghamton admissions looks for? Thanks!

Congrats to everyone! For those of you that were accepted, would you mind sharing your credentials? Also, have you all finished your prerequisites?

I have an A in all of my prereqs, except Bs in A&P I and II and chemistry I. My total GPA is around a 3.7; not sure what it is exactly because I sent in two transcripts. I also have clinical experience as a patient care aide. The only prereq I have left is chemistry II.

Your stats are impressive. I was also wondering, did you take most of your prereqs at a community college? I took A&P I and II at CC and I was worried they would look at it negatively.

I'm still anxiously awaiting a decision. I have about a 3.6 overall GPA and about a 3.9 in prereqs. I'm taking statistics currently and taking microbio in the spring. I'm also a Binghamton student.

I mentioned this above, but to answer your question, my undergrad GPA was 3.85 and I have a 4.0 in all my prereqs. I did most of my prereqs at community college, but a few online at a private college. I am finishing my last 3 prereqs this semester; I won't have any to do in the spring. I also work as a Nursing Assistant.

Thank you! Microbiology was the only prereq I took at a community college. Also, I'm not a Bing student.

Has anyone else heard back or still waiting?

I completed the application and had all my documents received around Nov. 10th, still waiting eagerly to get a decision from them.

I have the same stats as you! (Overall GPA 3.3, Prerequisite GPA 3.5) Also wondering when they will be sending a status change...I put my application in on November 15th.
