Hi All,
I thought I would start a new topic for those of us who are planning to apply to BHSN's Nursing program for the Fall 2013.
I will get things started with my stats (which aren't great...but not too terrible!):
TEAS - 78% (planning to re-take)
GPA - 3.2 (currently)
I also applied to GWCC and Southern, so hopefully I will get into one of these programs!
Hi guys
First off congrats on making it in!!! I'm also an incoming student for the fall 2013 semester. I was wondering if anyone has a copy of the list of things that need to be done (CPR classes background check..etc) and if it was possible..to send to me..I've been looking for it for the past 3 days and can't find it
Sooo Im a little bum, that this year Lecture will be two days a week instead of just one, as in the previous years. Lecture is Tuesday and wedsday, the times vary so much but you usually go to class at 830 on tuesday and out by 12-2pm and wedsday usually going in at 11 am time varies on when you will be let out depending if you have lab or not.
Thank you SOOOO much believe me I feel so relieved. You are a life saver!!! Is it possible to scan a copy then email it to me? My email is [email protected].
Hello friends... I just logged in to say goodbye..
On the day of my orientation I was informed that the school would not accept my permanent resident card (green card) because I'm in process of renewing it....
I am sooo bum.... so upset... but at lease now I've stooped crying lol
I spoke with lawyers and everything, but there is nothing I can do...
After passing through all the hard stages of acceptance, they are stopping me now! when I thought that all was taken care of...
As some of you know, I have even said here before that I left my amazing full time job because of my "acceptance"... and now it's too late to get it back...
I'll keep believing that everything happens for a reason, and just move on...
So best of luck for you all! I am hopping on applying somewhere else next year, because I am very mad at BHSON for now...
xoxo

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share a quick tip...
I order textbooks used from online when I can to try to save money. I've used eBay for books and other things and have never had a problem until recently. I ordered a textbook for a summer class at HCC and when my package arrived it was empty except for a note from the post office about trying to track my contents which if recovered would go to Georgia! USPS is to blame 100% but I didn't have insurance. So if you are going to be buying books for nursing school always ask the seller for insurance and tracking!! It is worth it to avoid the hassle ?
