This may burst the bubble of people who are considering OLOL College Accelerated Nursing Program but it is crazy hard and if you don't get through that pharm with an 80 (also the semester is 20 days long) they will boot you out without a backward glance and a month later you will get a bill for $2000. Not to mention that now you have a nursing failure on your record, if you want to go somewhere else. 75% of the class that started originally was put out. Not nice.
I am currently in the program at EJ. There is no contract for after graduation.
I was able to find a weekend job while in the program, but the job is very flexible and allows me to study at work. The instructors did say that there is a possibility for weekend clinicals at some point in the program. If u have a job, they must be flexible with this or u better be ready to quit working if school work/studying conflicts. Keep in mind that this is the fastest RN program in the country, so it is basically like drinking water out of a fire hose; be prepared to commit yourself to the program. Good luck!
Hey y'all! Glad to hear from others who have applied! I haven't received a call either. I am currently taking 2 pre reqs - nutrition and developmental psych. I hope it's not a bad thing that I haven't received a call either. I've been thinking about giving OLOL a call to see when we'd be hearing something. The app deadline was almost 2 months ago. I was hoping we'd hear something by now.

So I am applying to the program for 2012 and considering my situation am going to have to work, (most likely a weekend job).... will this be impossible? At the time that the program starts I will also have a 6 yr old and a 6 month old...however I have great support from my family. I also wanted to know if you apply to EJ campus are you required to sign a 2 yr contract to work at EJ or can you also pick WJ hospital to work at too..because I do live in the wb it would be alot easier? Any info or advice is greatly appreciated!
