Bevill - Still Waiting

I'm getting so impatient, lol. So I called this morning and asked when we might receive our letters. They replied they haven't even met yet! Ugh!!!

I've got to find something to get my mind off of this :cool:

Oh wow! Your grades are wayyyy better than hers. I'm thinking that maybe the sumiton campus didn't have as many applicants? I just can't understand why she was accepted and you were not. I'm really nervous for myself at this point. I haven't received a letter at all.

So sorry for those of you who are disappointed.

My friend who was accepted at an alternate campus called hoping there was a mistake. She was told that each campus selects from the applications they were chosen 1st for then if there were holes to fill then the 2nd choice is filled etc. There were a ton of applications at Fayette but not as many at Hamilton....so several who chose Hamilton as a 2nd choice were placed there. There will also be people who change their minds and do not accept so they will refer to the waiting list for those slots to be filled. Hopefully that makes sense.

That makes since, maybe a slot will open up. If not I will be banking on shelton and Jeff state. Oh well, one door closes and another one opens hopefully.

Well i haven't recieved a letter yet!

I checked the mail today, still no letter. So I called and they wouldn't tell me whether I was accepted or not, but they did say that it was mailed out on thursday. So yeah, I'm still waiting :(

Wow...will they mail another? Usually the mail is pretty quick.

She told me that I should give it a few days and call back. Frustrating.

Well i havent recieved anything at all so i called today she said i was on a waiting list for transfer students! I doubt i get accepted :crying2:. I guess i will put plan B into effect!!

Well there are usually several who won't accept and you might get in yet!! Keeping my fingers crossed for y'all!

So sorry to hear that. That really sucks. Did she tell u what number u are on the waiting list?

Well I did, but sadly it was a rejection letter :( so maybe good news travels slower.

If you don't mind, could u tell me what the letter said? Like are u on the waiting list and if so, does it say what number u are on the list?

I didnt recieve a letter i called and no i didnt ask what number i was. Are you a transfer student?
