Bevill State Community College Summer 17' Applicants

Hello everyone

So I applied for the summer RN program at the Hamilton campus. Has anyone else applied? I'm sitting on eggshells already and the deadline was yesterday lol. Does anyone know how many people they accept?

I'm curious to know my actually GPA with just those courses I'm done with. How did you calculate yours? I know the letter grade of course but not the actual number. I'm just going to say A=90 B=80 etc....and see what I come up with.

I used a college gpa calculator from google

I'm sitting at a 3.something excluding micro if I did it right. I got 85.7 with hypothetically saying my A's=90 B's=80 etc

OK I checked out a college calculator and once again if I did it right lol. I'm sitting between a 3.3-3.6. The one I used asked did you have an A+,A, or A- and so forth. I humbled myself and did A and A- calculations lol.

Okay ladies if my calculations are correct I have a 3.10 in all the core courses but I did not get points for microbiology, human growth, speech, and humanities because I did not take them at Bevill. I am sitting on 36 points.

Yea that should be more than enough to get you in... idk the range of the points but hopefully we fall within the range

We will all get in must think positive. I was also thinking that not many people will apply to the summer program because it is more intense than the fall because the term is shorter

Like I told Jmill90 I'm so anxious to start. I'm hungry for it. I don't want this adrenaline to stop with a break. I took. Last semester I tool a five month class in two months and succeeded. So that gave me the motivation as well to go for it.

That is true there aren't many that apply in the summer, which makes room for lower scores. Bg71 what was your ACT score?

My act score was a 20. I got 11 points for English, algebra, a&p1, a&p2, I got 2 loyalty points, and I got 3 point for classes taken at another college.
