Best way to prepare for an interview...

Hello All Nurses community,

I am currently job seeking. My nerves can get the best of me sometimes. And wanted to know what is the best way to prepare for a nursing interview? What should i expect?

    Walk in there realizing that they are VERY interested in you.

    Be PROUD of that.

    Ask.. how they feel you could excel in this position.

    Be prepared for the basic questions of what are your strong points and weaknesses.

    Stay positive and upbeat.

    Tell them why you can fulfill THEIR need.

    Good luck.
