Does anyone know of a good way to learn the best SOURCES of carbs, proteins, and each of the vitamins??
We are doing the nutrition unit in my class right now and I just feel overwhelmed with figuring out how I'm going to learn/remember the best sources for certain nutrients!
Are there any neat tricks to help remember??
HELPPP!! This is the LAST thing I want to stress about! LOL!

I have something called Nutri Notes that I found very helpful. It is a pocket sized book that breaks things down into charts and shows you good sources of lots of different vitamins, etc. It also contains different diets and nutritional requirements for adult & ped clients. It has helped me A LOT with the nutrition & fluid/electrolyte content of class.
