I am moving back to the West Coast. I have been an RN for roughly 7 years at this point, and I have worked med-surg, neuro (stroke, TBI, spinal cord) and Rehab mostly. In fact, I have my CRRN. Anyway, my question is the following: what is the best agency overall (pay, benefits, etc.) for travel nurses? Which agencies should I avoid? I want a med-surg or rehab job in (or near) Seattle, WA. Currently, I am a full-time charge nurse at Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta, GA.
