What do you guys think? I've heard that if you study before you go to bed that the information will be better absorbed, but, I've never verified it with data or evidence.

Anyways, what works best for you?

I do not know how your scheduler is, but I have always study at night for about two hours. It is quiet and I don't have to worry about any interruptions. When I review myself before I'm off for the day;the information is still in my head. GOOD LUCK!!!! :nurse:

I study best after husband is asleep. i also work 3rd shift as a cna at a hospital so best time for me is 11pm and through the night. now i can also study well after sleeping a few hours and study before class at about 3am

I find that I tend to retain more info when I study in the evening. I don't know why, but I can focus way better at that time.
