Best subscription ceu sites?

I want to do some "refreshing" the next few weeks........leaving a management job and headed back to the ER. I'd rather do some online studying than sit with my old books open.

What's the best online ceu site? I don't mind spending 20 or 30$ for access if the variety and material are worth it.

Any opinions/reviews?

Hi...Medscape is one that does not charge for CEU's. I enjoy that one and you can sign up to receive updates in your email. I also use Nursing Spectrum, but my employer pays for that one, so I don't know how much they charge.

There are many others. You might be able to find some resources here on Allnurses.
