Best states to find New Grad Programs

Hi,

I am a BSN graduate from a nursing school in CA, passed my NCLEX in June and obviously the New Grad job market is horrendous in CA. I am open to moving to any of the 51 states. Which state has the best chance of just landing a new grad position? Also, which hospital? Thanks in advance.

Any rural hospital or hospitals along the US/Mexico border or hospitals in underserved locations, such as Indian reservations. Good luck!
