RN residency for Novice Nurse: Tacoma, Centralia, Chehalis, Olympia, Seattle?

I am a BSN graduate in 2008 and moved here in US. Passed NCLEX the 1st try in October 2018. Now I am looking for an area where I can be trained as a Novice Nurse. Perhaps a RN residency. Where is the best place to start as a ENTRY LEVEL NURSE? Every expert was once a beginner like me. Please advise.Thanks a lot!
