Best Recruitment Agencies?

Hi all!

I am an RPN in Ontario and enrolled in a RPN-BScN bridging program. Once I have my RN designation I would like to move to the USA. Can anyone recommend a good recruitment agency? Obvioulsy I googled but have no idea which ones are reputable, etc.

Also, has anyone gone through the recruitment and relocation to the US process? Just looking for some experiences, tips, etc.

Why use an agency when you can do this on your own and in fact we have had several Canadian nurses post on here regarding their process and using the TN visa?

Honestly, because I didn't know there was any other way! I would actually like to obtain my green card and I thought that an agency would be the best way to do this.

If your plan is GC and not go the TN route then you have a long long wait ahead of you due to retrogression. You can however as long as you meet NAFTA can work in the US on TN visa and process application for GC.

Suggested plan is once you have passed CRNE apply to a state and meet requirements and pass NCLEX then look for a employer and discuss TN and GC with them.
