What is the ebst province from nurse's point of view? I mean working conditions, wages and etc.

Looks like I'm way over my league here.... Here I am still in the process of sorting my way through California and Alberta...and you guys are already talking about shortage and working conditions at Capital HELL(is it really?) hehehe.Maybe our batch is the much needed answer for your understaffing problems. That's if you consider us solutions. Capital health just hired hundreds of special area nurses here in the Philippines. I'm still in the works though....haven't really made up my mind yet. But you guys have been wonderfull....thanks for all the info.
