best place online to sell books

i have alot and i mean alot of nursing books to sell. what is the best web site to sell them? i see so many different sites , i just don't know which to choose. i also have some children's books that my kids have grown out of. i tried amazon and they just don't sell there. all my books ( even my kids books ) are in excellent condition and i want to get the most money for my books. any suggestions would be great , i would love to hear good and bad expirences w/ these online book buyers would be appreciated. thank you in advance. p.s some of the books are new and never used...

You could try half.com or ebay. Alot of people go on those sites along with amazon.com to sell their books. I have sold many books on half.com and amazon.com. Make sure you are competitive enough most people will not pay more for a book when they could get it cheaper. I usually sell it .75 cents to a dollar cheaper than what the current price is and usually always get mine sold within 10 days.

Another place you could sell it, is to go back to your old college and see if they're still using those books if so place an ad in the school newspaper or bulletin board.

recently I've been checking eBay and keep finding fantastic books at great prices

The seller can offer an auction on the book, or "buy it now"

When I have checked half.com, I haven't yet been able to figure out how to contact the seller (on eBay, I can easily email the seller with a question)
