I was wondering where the best floor for a new RN graduate to start?
Is the unit a good place, I liked the unit when I did my rotation, but I am wondering if that would be the best place for a new graduate RN?

The best place is one with an adequate orientation program and one in which your interested in.
If your interested in the unit, then go for it, if they hire new grads and have a good orientation.
It's my opinion there is no "best place" for a new grad. Most areas and specialities have their own demands and one isn't better/easier than the other.
