I currently live in Indiana, will be graduating from LPN school in August, and can basically move anywhere in the US that I want. After I work here for a year, I plan on moving to someplace that is a little warmer, then continue for my RN.

So my question is.... Where is the best place to live where the pay and cost of living are in harmony.

I would like to be able to have a little land, but yet be close to some entertainment as well.

I have lived in Nashville, and considering going back there, but don't know the payscale for LPNs or RNs

So any and all ideas will be appreciated

Thanks

I hear Texas or Arizona!

the pay in memphis is high and the cost of living is low...but the quality of life is also low. it's an AWFUL city. you're liable to get shot while going to the grocery store.
