I know the valley health system usually does. So any of those hospitals will generally work. ?

any suggestions which hospitals has the best pay rate? I am planning to work both in California and Nevada at the same time. Any idea if that is possible? I will use Nevada as my primary residence. I am currently working full time as RN/CM hybrid model - 2days onsite, 2days offsite in California and will apply as per diem bedside nurse in Nevada. Help! Thanks!

That depends upon where you want to have your home base in Nevada. Reno is much closer to large population areas in California than Las Vegas is (it's two hours and change to Sacramento), but there are fewer work options on the Nevada side. From Vegas, you would most likely be commuting to the LA vicinity to work in California, because there isn't much of consequence between here and there.
