Best footwear for Nurses

with all the variety of footwear available I know people must have recommendations they swear by, I tend to see alot of the clog type of footwear in hospitals. Give me your recommendations, Thanks.

not sure what the name is but I have been wearing for years now- some leather mules from target- $21.99. they now have them in black. almost the whole er I work in has a pair in brown or black. we love them! on occasion I wear my running shoes but my achilles starts aching. one of the ortho doc recommended wearing the other ones since they have a heal on them.

Merrells (primo-breeze) are my favorite. I wouldn't work a day without them.
