Never pass up a chance to:
1) Eat
2) Sit down
3) Drink water
3.5) Pee (see what I did there? )

You are not being bullied when your mistakes are pointed out. You need to know what you are doing wrong.
While it is good to ask questions and we want you to ask questions, chose your time wisely. Going up to the charge nurse just after she has dealt with a difficult situation is never good. Let her decompress then ask your question.
learn how to figure out things for yourself. Where are the policies and procedures? What resource books are around?
Be nice, nice, be polite, make friends. You will get more help and advice if people know you on a more personal level.
