I’m hoping we all get in!! I hate waiting ? My GPA is 3.2 and I scored 78 on the practice tests. I take the actual exam on Saturday!!

@LizCarola Hi! How were the English and Languge Usage and Math sections? I think you have a good chance of admission! I hope we all get admitted. We’ve been working really hard

@peony23 I found the math to be the easiest section for me. Mostly algebra (PEMDAS and translating equations, relationship between x and y), conversion factors (i.e. how many inches in X yards, how many mL in X gallons), ratios, percents, fractions, graphs - nothing wild or too far away from the practice books.

I am actually really pissed about my English Language score. Like it is a solid 10 points lower than in my practice tests. Some of the questions definitely seemed more confusing, but I put the most blame on my fried brain for the errors I made. I'm an honors English student, so the fault is 100% mine on that section.

@LizCarola Thank you!! The math in the practice book was good for me, but the math on the practice tests online were AWFUL personally. Which do you think it’s more similar too?

I suppose it depends on what practice test you are taking, but while I may have found variations in difficulty between different books and online tests, if it is anything to do with percents, fractions, algebra, geometry (area, perimeter, surface area, volume), graphs, ratios, converting with standard and metric systems...consider it fair game. If you are uncomfortable in any of those, every book I used had a step by step how to solve this type of problem which is better than online tests. Those can feel so much harder if they do not also come with clear answer explanations you can look at as you go through the exam.
