I didn't even think of that. I applied today, too...they must get some sort of notification from the outside company of who is being processed or they would state that we should email with our receipt or something.

@peony23 Did you have any issue filling out the online acceptance form? I entered my Bergen username and password and it brought me to an error page instead of directing me to the form.

I’m not home yet! I’m going to do it once I get home. Perhaps try doing it again, and if not you can always do it at the Help Desk. The computer there always works!

I got into the forms website but a specific acceptance form isn't popping up. It just says that my change of curriculum application was completed.

When I go to the page it says : “Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem.”

I got the same page. Someone should email them and notify them of the problem. Luckily we have until April 30 to respond.

I emailed them - I'm sure more people than us have had this issue.
