Talk about smoky legislation - bend over everyone - well we have a year yet. My husband ran across two articles that I sure hope everyone will check out. They are:

My Husband was part of the field force that worked to keep the protesters to a dull roar, but the bad ones were the anarchists.

The true union passive demonstrators simply explained all are jobs are going to India.

Police officers are union, they were very torn, but an anarchist is a problem who uses anything to promote their cause.

People forget, we have a chance to overthrow our Government every two years, but will people exorcise their right to, Nah!

There is no way to overthrow the government every two years. The most we can do in two years is vote for Congressmen and 1/3 of the Senate. But what good will that do? What are our choices? Democrat or Republican? They are both in the game together. Both have been working for the free trade.

I love the Hitler argument from government officials that we had to do it when they try to do something to get the publics attention. The Boston tea party happened for a reason. Sometimes demonstration is not enough. Yes some were admitted anarchist; which to me is not a good thing. But on the other hand, at what point do the citizens stop the government's illegal and unconstitutional smoky room behind the back games?

This is why I support the efforts of givemeliberty.org

Unfortunately, demonstrations and our vote are pretty much meaningless.

I disagree. There is plenty one can do and yes, we are capable of changing the control of the house and senate, you just want to have to.

I am very active in my party. One of the Florida Senators has decided not to run again. I am already working for one of the candidates who has thrown his hat into the ring.

If you are a democrat, which I am, get involved with Emily's List. I have been on the list for over 10 years.

I will not just bend over, I take a stand, maybe others will join me.
