From the way the waitlist email is worded, it sounds like most have heard about acceptance and now the school is waiting everyone to say yes or no. 

Can you provide the wording? I haven't received anything yet. Has anybody else not received anything? I emailed the contact I had for the initial interview bc I missed the interview email, so I am wondering if I won't receive notification bc I didn't get the email the first time.

I received a waitlist email as well. From my understanding all applicants that were offered have  accepted.  With that being said some of those applicants may accept other places as well.  Keep an eye out in the upcoming weeks and months.

Yeah basically the school gives accepted students a few days to pay their deposit to hold their spot for the upcoming cohort. Once that has been finalized then they can start offering spots to those on the waitlist or if people drop their spot as the semester approaches. I had coworkers get offered a spot like two days before the semester started so you never know!
