Beaumont Hospital

Any Beaumont Hospital RN's out there? I'm a new graduate nurse beginning the interview process at Beaumont. I'm not from the area and am contemplating a couple of different offers. I would like to know the work environment at Beaumont? What's the starting pay for RN's? How are the benefits? And overall, are you satisfied with your employment there?

Beaumont is in Michigan (I believe on the east side of the state) so this might get more responses in the Michigan forum.

LOL - there's also a Beaumont, TX. Probably some Beaumonts in other states.
