Beaumont Hospital

Hi there,

I was wondering if any one has worked at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak? I have an interview coming up. Is the benefits and pay comparable to others around? I heard it was a great hospital to work for. Any other opinions?

I've worked with many nurses from Beaumont. I've found them to be very up to date on ICU standards. The hospital has a magnet designation, however the nurses I've worked with left Beaumont to come to our facility. THey said it was due to management. Keep in mind that is the opinion of about four RN's out of how ever many they employ, but it is the only reference I can give. Good luck!

I was actually born there, and I'm interested in becoming an RN and working there in one of the mother-baby areas, so I'm also curious to hear from people who work for Beaumont, especially Royal Oak.
