Did the prescreening take the whole 30 minutes? I'm super anxious, but it's probably not as bad as I'm imagining it.

Thank you! I was done in about 10 minutes. I was nervous too but it really wasn't bad. They didn't ask any behavioral questions, just questions to get to know you more.

I applied for Dallas NICU and have my microsoft teams on Tuesday! Everyone saying its not as bad as I thought has really helped me LOL. I was freaking out

You will have actual interview with unit on next Tuesday?

No, sorry! Just the microsoft teams/prescreen. The email we all got. I assume they will schedule interviews after that

I originally had it scheduled for the 17th but then moved it to Tuesday, because I'm not sure if the unit interviews are more of first come, first serve? so I made time LOL

Me too, mine was scheduled on Tuesday and changed it to today. I read another post for 2022 residency, someone said if one unit is filled up, they put next applicant on waiting list. It is first come first serve. They also said we can ask recruiter to check another region.

Okay ah I'm nervous. I feel like the units I have been wanting are filling up everywhere.
