no updates on my end either ! just the email saying they were reviewing my application.

I received an email to schedule a call with a recruiter for the NICU on 9/16 and have my call this afternoon!

Hi all! I was wondering if anyone has heard back or received an interview for NICU at BUMC. I read somewhere that they've already hired/filled the positions for BUMC's NICU floor this cohort, but I just wanted to check here first to see if anyone has heard differently.

Did you have your phone screening call yet? Most units sent out phone screening emails around early to mid September. As for interviews, some units started sending out interview invitations this week and last week.

I didn't receive any phone screening 😞

I'm sorry to hear. Sadly, nurse residencies are so, so, so competitive and I've also had a few hospitals where I did not make it to the screening portion. What unit did you apply to? Some units sent out screenings later than others. It took me about two weeks to receive a screening email, while I know others who applied to different units who received theirs in less than 24 hours from the moment of applying. Might also be worth it to check your spam if you haven't already.

I had the screening but no call or email regarding the next interview. I wonder if that is a bad sign😩
