Hey! Has anyone applied and received a Microsoft teams interview email? Do we think this is a prescreen or more of an interview?

Grad23 13 Posts Feb 9 Hi! I am a little confused by the comments...Interview slots are already filled? The application for the Baylor Dallas New Grad Program is still open (I just applied) and it says on their website that interviews don't even start until March.

Yes it's first come first serve which kinda sucked. I applied the first day it opened, and when I got my screening email (the 2nd I believe) I had my screening on the 7th and NICU and all of woman services interviews had already been filled.
