Started a thread for those who applied to Baylor Scott & White for the Fall 2024 cohort! 

Has anyone gotten past the phone screening yet?

I haven't but my recruiter said if we were to get interviews it won't be until week of the 22 or 29 of July

Did they say how long after the interviews they would Contact about offers? That all seems so late and close to their start date which is wild.

Does anyone know what units are available at the different locations? I can't seem to find them. I'm not familiar with the hospital system so I may completely missing it. Also how are the phone screenings like?

No they didn't. There is so much wait time between everything it's killing me.

From their application workshop, they said that offers would be sent out by the end of the interviews week

Does anyone know if they have reached out about interviews yet, or when they will reach out to schedule interviews?

The lady on the phone told me mid July and that if you don't hear back right away to not stress because they're going to continually try to fill position so you might even hear later if you weren't chosen in some of the first few interviews sent (but I know that doesn't really help 😕 )

Does anyone know how many people they usually take for each of the specialties?

I was told today that they will reach out on July 12 to let us know whether we will get interviews or not.
