Baylor Nurse Residency Fall 2025

Wanted to start a thread for those interested in applying to Baylor nurse residency for this fall!

I interviewed last Thursday for a position at BUMC (cardiac) and was offered on Friday morning, less than 24 hours after the interview. Does anyone know if BUMC has started interviewing for ICU and ER?

I will have my interview for the acute care float nurse at Plano next week! Does anyone else also apply for that position and hear back from them?

Congratulations! That's fast! I applied to the ER at Plano but haven't heard back from them.

Did anyone else get an email about an update? It said they are beginning to reach out to candidates who were selected by the managers and that it will be over the course of the next several weeks?

I had an interview and received a job offer from BUMC the next morning. They are quick with their response.

yes! ik at bumc a couple of the ICU were doing blitz interviews, I just had mine yesterday with their cvicu and I got an offer today!

Okay!! Thank you I got an invitation for a blitz interview for oncology but I got worried bc they scheduled it until July 22 so far away LOL

no don't worry about it bc everyone that is interviewing for that unit will all interview on the same day, it's probably just how their unit does it! good luck wishing you the best!!

I received an email update: 🤞 
"We would like to share an update on the current status of the recruitment process. Recruiters have begun reaching out to candidates who have been selected for hiring manager interviews. This phase of the process is ongoing and will continue over the next several weeks, spanning through the month of July and into August. If selected for this stage, you will receive direct communication from one of our recruitment team members.”

Hey! Congrats on the offer!! Did you get a phone call or email offer? I have a friend who interviewed that's waiting on a response still

I had an interview on 7/1 and got an offer on 7/3 with temple. Have you had interview yet?
