Hi! Does anyone know how the pay is for new grads and how much the differentials are?

During the informational meeting they had in May, one of the ladies said the minimum pay was $31 and then it could stay that way or go up depending on your unit/shift/location!

Did anyone that interview yesterday receive an offer today? I keep seeing people hearing back within 24 hours so it's a bit nerve racking waiting.
