Just a heads up...

I know someone on the inside working for BUMC and was told that in trauma ICU 12 nurses left in the past 6 months and so they are looking to hire 10 new grads

in the MICU, so many nurses left on nights they are offering critical pay on the daily and even forcing day shift nurses to work nights to fill in gaps.
