I have been seriously considering Bayada. I am most interested in the pediatric private duty cases. There are part time and full time openings. I would like to do private duty full time but I have some concerns. What happens if the client is admitted to the hospital? Am I out the pay? Is the work steady? How are benefits? Is health insurance reasonable? Is Bayada a good place to work? I've searched the threads and it seems like Bayada is decent. Also, my background is in ER nursing, very little pediatric care. Will they train? I'd like to get away from hospital nursing.
Any feedback would be great! Thanks in advance!:redpinkhe

Your questions would best be answered by someone who is currently working for the office that you plan on joining, as different people in different offices may do things differently at different points in time. Even nationwide offices have variances in how personnel follow company policies.
Thanks. I'd rather remain anonymous on here and I don't even have an interview yet. I just noticed they advertise quite frequently and wondering if it was a decent agency to work for. HH would be completely new to me.
