Yea it stresses me out when I don't know what's going on ! But I'm ready to enjoy my 25 or so days of freedom but I'm so excited to start school again !

Hey, I'm really considering applying for January 2013. My main focus has been on Delgado's Charity SON where I just recently applied but did not get in. Since I "qualified" for their admissions they gave me an invite to apply for their Spring 2013 class. It really would be more ideal for me to go to Charity in terms of closeness because I live about 20-25 minutes from New Orleans. Although, I don't want to keep all my eggs in one basket:cool:. I have heard many good things about BRG so I am now really considering on applying to their school as well.

I too am applying to BRGSON for Spring 2013. Can anyone tell me about their selection process. Is their process like Delgado's where it's based on points? What were some of you guys gpa (if you don't mind sharing) and TEAS-V score? Anything will help! Thanks!

Hi "Thefuture2be", I have applied for clinicals at the BRGSON, admission deadline was July 31st, did you get your application in? The min. required GPA is 2.7 in courses required. I could be wrong, but my understanding they go by GPA and TEAS-V score for selection. My age is 43 and I've wanted to be a nurse for a very long time...I take the TEAS-V exam on August 22, I am so nervous about it.

I've applied to BRGSON, it is a great school...I worked at another hospital in the baton rouge area Dr.'s and nurses highly recommended BRGSON program. I take the TEAS-V exam on August 22.. If you still have not taken it yet, good luck.

Hey ladies. I think they mostly go on the Teas score. I made a 71, but it was my second time applying when I got in. They give you little bonus points like if you've applied before, work at BRG, stuff like that. I love love love this school, but I did end up dropping the day before finals because I was not going to pass Pharm. I decided to take time off and have another baby to finish completing my family. I never cried so much and I had teachers cry with me. They become part of your family. I still talk to my classmates almost daily because I miss them so much. You see these people everyday, so you get to become really great friends. I wish you all good luck and I will be back in 2014, so hopefully one of you guys will be my Big Brother or Big Sister :)

@ lsupanda what was your gpa if you dont mind me asking? And how much the accept a year?

Just going off my pre-requs that are required, I had about a 3.4 They usually take about 45 a year, but it just depends. With my class it was 45, but the year before was around 41.
