Basic classes to become an RN

What are the basic classes to become an RN? My work pays for college but only something that benefits them and I'm wanting to take classes that benefit a nursing career also! Thanks :o)

Some employers too want you to stay for 3 (or so) years if you use their funds for schooling. I know mine did, which is why I didn't utilize it bc I hated the field.
