Hi all! This thread hasn't been started that I see. I am looking ahead at schools to apply this this next year. Barry is one of them. I'm having trouble locating a 600 level chemistry course... I haven't found a local university that teaches grad level chemistry with lab. If they do, I have to take some of their pre req classes.  Which would put me back in applying a lot. 
I called the office and I was told there are schools that do it, however I was not able to get any names. Any help or someone that can provide further explanation? None of the online schools teach graduate chemistry as well.
It seems they just changed this requirement in the middle of last years application cycle- per other threads.  They used to be okay with just general chem. 
 

"Successful completion (grade B or better) of one graduate-level college chemistry course (600 level and above) with a laboratory component. The course (not laboratory component) must have been taken within five years of beginning the Program. Organic chemistry or biochemistry is strongly preferred. In addition, one previous additional science/mathematics course (examples include anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, physics, genetics, statistics, and algebra) is required"

Had to create a new account, but I submitted the application around 5/20 I believe and then got a call for an interview on 6/1 for it to be scheduled out on 7/11. GRE was 307 and GPA combined was 3.57, but not sure if it calculates differently with the school.

@Crnahopeful1991 I submitted my app on NursingCas. Is that all you did? I submitted 6/8. Haven't heard anything. I hope I did not miss a step.

correct, submitted everything through nursingcas. Probably got lucky with such a quick turn around from submission to hearing from them

I submitted 6/4 and I haven't received any call.

Got my call today— accepted to Ocala as well! Has anyone created a Barry CRNA Program Class of 2029 Facebook group?

Thank you! Yes, my stats are

—GRE: 307 (optional but took it) 

—ICU total for about 5-ish years, some PACU experience mixed in there, travel nursing, CVICU for about the last 2 years 

— Preceptor, little things like CRRT super user in my unit 

—Previous 3 degrees including non-nursing Masters, not sure how GPA is calculated but mine should be mid to high 3's, depending 

—Took ANE 695 Transition to Anesthesia course through Barry

To those who have been accepted into the program already:  did you already have the upper level chemistry completed? Did anyone just show proof of enrollment?

I know they are OK with applications being submitted as long as proof of enrollment in the chemistry is included, but I am trying to feel out if they actually will even interview and offer a seat to those that do that. (Obviously contingent on final grade)
