Barry University Nursing Program Fall 2016

Hello everyone,

I am creating this thread because I would like to connect with students that got accepted into Barry's Nursing program for the Fall 2016. I also got accepted to the Baptist Scholars Program. Hope to hear from you guys soon!

They had placed me in Section 2. Since I am going to be taking my classes at Baptist my schedule has changed . I will be going to the main campus like 5 times during this whole semester. They had placed me in Bio-Medical Ethics for Tuesdays 1-4pm at Barry so you should be able to register for it. Go speak with the registrar.

Ok! I will go on Monday! I still have to go and have my ID done, and the parking decal, the EAT, and check for the biomedical class.... I fall a little behind because I was taking the last classes at MDC, and with all the work and finals....I really didn't have much time....

No, not yet! But we are only using scrubs for the lab this semester, right?

IDK how they are doing it at Barry. At Baptist we have to wear scrubs to the lectures, the top is optional we can wear a Barry polo with the logo instead of the scrub top and white shoes.

Thanks!!!...I called the testing center, and they gave me an appointment for August 27th to take the EAT.....I really dont want to take any remedial class, so I'm happy that I have some time to brush at least my vocabulary, and grammar.

You'll do good. Im glad thats over with for me and I dont have to do extra work. I ordered my books today from amazon and bookrenter.

For the math book, It need to be new so we can use the access code, but we can get it anywhere else, not just at barry bookstore?....because I read somewhere on the bridge to barry info that this book must be purchased through barry bookstore.

I looked on amazon and it doesnt specify if the new math book has the access code. It's like $69 on Amazon but I won risk it. So I am getting it from the bookstore.
