Barry University CRNA starting in May 2023

With the start of the application cycle for Barry being right around the corner, I wanted to start this thread so we can all communicate and hopefully be future classmates! Good luck to everyone! ?

I interviewed Friday as well so anxiously awaiting. They said I would hear back this week!

Is anyone getting interviews without submitting GRE???

How did the interview go for you? I thought they were extremely nice, the 45 minutes flew by.

I can’t speak for anyone else but I know for me if I called the admissions office to ask if I could submit my application without my GRE results since I wasn’t testing until 10/11. They said I could but that I would not have an interview arranged until all materials were received. So I submitted my application 10/11, and they received my scores 10/22 which is WAY more last minute than I had hoped. 
 

so yeah… Unless I was told incorrectly, it does not sound like they will interview until they have received all application requirements.

Did they by chance mention how many spots they have left during your interview? I feel like so many have already been filled! I wish I had known they started interviewing as soon as the application opened. I probably would’ve prioritized applying for this school sooner but since the due date was later I did some other ones first. ?

Initially I was told that I could submit my application without GRE scores, but after emailing ---------------------------- mentioned my application wouldn’t be reviewed until all requirements were turned in. So I had everything turned in Mid September and I  heard back for an interview in early  October 

Good luck to you both with the latest round of interviews- which campus did you apply to?

I thought the interview went well too, everyone was really nice. One of the professors asked some tougher questions but all in all it was better than expected. They didn’t say how many spots were left but I know there are spots available at the Orlando campus.

Has anyone got an interview if they are still completing the Chemistry requirement? I know some schools will still interview you but your spot is contingent on completion of the class.

Got my acceptance letter today for Orlando campus! Still in shock! Is there a facebook group I can join for the 2026 class?

Has anyone been contacted about scheduling an interview recently? Last I heard people who applied in early-mid September were starting to be contacted. I didn’t get my application in until middle of October.
