Wanted to start thread because I have not come across a forum for the CRNA 2025 application deadline. Good luck to those applying!

cum GPA 3.45, science 3.85, NUR 3.1 (got just TWO Cs when I was 19 in 10credit courses 😭) I know it's probably because of my nur GPA.. it stinks it was so long ago now, but there's nothing I can do now about it. I re took all my pre reqs this year and got As in everything. I'm not giving up!! Im taking chem 2 now and going to look into taking organic just because and possibly GRE

WOW, I commend you for taking all those chemistries. It sucks that they value more things such as grades and GPAs, versus actual strong clinical background. But your science GPA is super high, did you apply to FIU ? They only interview people who have a very high science GPA.
I was told by the program coordinator to submit my chemistry grade after completion (Thank God I am done this week) and that only then, the admissions committee would then extend an invitation to interview or not. I think they are doing this since my nursing GPA is around the minimum requirement because I had three Cs in Undergrad (Chemistry, Biology, and Pharm), I am retaking my Chemistry now and so far I am getting an A. I did graduate pharm from the FIU CRNA curriculum and got an A (You can do this by enrolling as a non-degree seeking student). And I am just waiting for them to tell me if they want me to retake my Biology Class that way I would not have any "Cs" left in my transcripts. Fingers crossed for everyone 🙂

Ugh bummer!! I'm in a similar situation as well. My nursing GPA isn't the best. Mine is like a 3.37! I submitted my application on Friday so hoping to hear something back. You have great experience though, so hopefully they can look past the grades from forever ago and still interview you!! Good luck

Yeah.. I really hope so. It's so crazy, I take just those two Cs out and I have a 3.5! Didn't think about two classes changing my life in such a big way back then 🤦🏼♀️ anyways, good luck to you too! 🙂
I misread the admission criteria- I thought that general chemistry would fulfill the chemistry requirement, so long as it wasnt and intro class. I see now (I swear it wasnt there a few months ago!) that they require a 600 level or higher class in chemistry?
How are y'all fulfilling this? It's so hard to find a reasonably priced grad level online course!

You didn't misread anything, general chemistry will fulfill the requirment. (And that is what I used to apply) The only chemistry class they will not take is an intro to chemistry course. Hope this helps!
**EDIT** wait OMG you're right. I just looked at the website and they did update it. I applied this May and they did not have this requirement on their website 😳
