Tampa does in fact hire Keiser students.. so that is false. I truly think it's what kind of clinical student you are going to be. You have to know your stuff.. you might have to work a little harder being a Keiser student. To me, I'd rather go there than not become a CRNA at all. There's a need for CRNAs right now, if you're a go getter kind of person, you'll get a job anywhere

I mean there's 30 spots so they just accept 30 people.. but yes I know a few that got rejected

I submitted mine the end of May and also just got that email last Friday that they received my application and would be under review. Maybe they're just now looking into the "batch" of candidates

It's actually in person! I'm very excited to see the campus and meet the professors. It's 5-8p the 17th. I think you have to call and register if you're planning on attending

Hello! Is anyone planning on going to Keisers open house next Wednesday?

I have not heard which is better.. I have heard FIU is pretty competitive. I know they all are though haha. I personally believe you should just apply to as many schools as possible! Has anyone received a call for an interview recently, like within the last two weeks? I spoke with admin at Barry and they said I should hear something within two weeks and it's been three.. ☹️

Yeah.. I really hope so. It's so crazy, I take just those two Cs out and I have a 3.5! Didn't think about two classes changing my life in such a big way back then ??‍♀️ anyways, good luck to you too! ?

10 years ICU experience CCRN, charge, preceptor, rapid response cum GPA 3.45, science 3.85, NUR 3.1 (got just TWO Cs when I was 19 in 10credit courses ?) I know it's probably because of my nur GPA.. it stinks it was so long ago now, but there's nothing I can do now about it. I re took all my pre reqs this year and got As in everything. I'm not giving up!! Im taking chem 2 now and going to look into taking organic just because and possibly GRE Thanks ?
