I totally think you should apply this cycle!! There's no harm in trying and also nothing wrong with working in neuro ICU. It's still ICU! Worst thing that could happen is you don't get in and you try again next cycle!

Haha your not wrong! I just wanted the bag experience and I really think with neuro AND cardiac experience will make my application THAT much stronger. The floor I'm going to is known to send their nurses to CRNA school! But yes I will apply anyway I'm just wrapping up my chem class this month 😁

Hi there,
Would you mind sharing what type of chemistry class you're taking & where were you able to find one that doesn't require prerequisites to qualify to take the course? Mine is unfortunately over 5 years old so I need to retake another one before applying.
Thanks

So I got lucky in that my local CC didn't require "intro to chem" to take general chem 1 so I'm doing it in person for much cheaper than these online classes that people take. It's also one day a week lecture/lab so it's a long day but we'll worth the savings. I've taken a "chem for health sciences" for nursing school and a lot of CC's don't count that to cover "intro to chem". Plan is to taking Gen chem 2 as am not only applying to Barry and I suppose having 2 chems would look good.

Is that mean Chem 1 with lab will be good enough for Barry? Thank you for the clarification.

Wanted to start thread because I have not come across a forum for the CRNA 2025 application deadline. Good luck to those applying!
