i've recently been accepted to both barry university and nova southeastern university entry level nursing programs. i'm having a difficult time with my decision on which to choose and i have very limited time (about a week). both have pros and cons. i'm currently a baptist health south florida employee and i plan on applying for the baptist scholarship which pays for some or all of tuition contingent on a 3 year commitment to baptist. for nova, tuition is paid in full by the scholarship. for barry, $20,000 is paid and $30,000 i'd be responsible for. i know what you're thinking.... it's a no-brainer right? wrong. barry is only 15 months and i would receive a bsn. nova is 27 months a full year longer. this means one more year of taking out loans for living expenses, one more year of driving back and forth to classes, one more year or not earning an rn's salary.... if anyone has any kind of advice to give i'd love to hear it! barry?:uhoh21:nova?
