Baptist Hospital Versant Program

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to start a thread to those that are applying for the versant program!

I received an email saying that my application is in screaming process.

Has anyone has an idea how the schedule works..like if is Monday to Friday ???

I believe it is Monday-Friday the first couple of weeks for classes, and then you transition to the training which goes by the preceptor's schedule. Did you get a response from Baptist?

I got a call for an interview.. for med/surg but I worried because I need a day of the week for the community hours that I have to do this semester. So I was hoping for a day off at least .

Oh yeah, from what I understood the first couple of weeks is from 8-4 pm or 9-5pm for classes. They also told me no vacation time is allowed for the length of the program which is 18-22 weeks.

Well I guess I will have to talk to my professor to see what can I do

No. did you got called for an interview?

Yes I interviewed for med surg as well, so I'm just waiting to see if/when they start calling back with offers
