Baptist Hospital Miami Versant Program 2018

Hello everyone! I recently applied to the Baptist Versant Program that starts on March 5, 2018! I thought I would go ahead and get the conversation started in order to keep each other updated. :)

I know that the application is still open, and I just received an email today stating that they are already reviewing my application. I think that they will start calling people next week or the week after! What is everyone's first choice in specialty and hospital? Best of luck to everyone! ;)

Same day as the others. Approximately like a little over a week.

Oh ok. I was told that we would find out about the decisions one way or another, but I still haven't heard anything.

They started calling for multi specialty last Friday!! you should call them and ask about any updates. I believe that they called all the specialties already :/.

Has anyone been called for an offer for CSC?

Has anyone done an interview for South Miami? Did you guys received an offer or been called back?

Not yet, but I called HR this morning and they said they are still interviewing to expect a call next week.

Unfortunately, the application for the Versant Program has already closed for the March start date. I believe that the application for the August start date opens up in May though! Go to Baptist's careers website, and check for the job opening there; it was titled "Residency for New Graduate BSN RNs". I hope that helps!
