Baptist Health New Grad RN Residency 2022

Published

Starting a thread for the baptist health new grad RN residency. I applied for Bethesda Health since I live near Boynton Beach. It seems like everyone else is located near Miami or Homestead. Kinda confused on how this new grad RN residency works... LOL, if you have gone through the process, if you don't mind please share your experiences and what it was like

I applied too but for the main campus location since it’s closer to home. I was called today to interview Friday! Hbu?

OMG !! Congrats !! Have you heard back ? The ICU is my first choice. I am so nervous because I know it is hard to go straight to the ICU as a new grad. Can you give me any inside scoop or tips that I should know for the interview? ?

Hey guys, I just accepted my residency at Baptist Main ER in South Miami. Anyone else gonna be at that hospital? Also, I am relocating to Miami from Washington DC, so would appreciate leads on where to live :)

Hey guys, for those who had an ICU interview, how was it? any clinical questions, behavioral questions? Any advice?
