hi i am new to this site,is there anyone here interviewed yesterday june 24 at banner health recruitment team for new grad? how long is the waiting time to know if we are hired or rejected?

Mine told me 72 hours

Mine told me 72 hours but there were over 300 people there so it might take longer.

I also interviewed on June 24. The manager I spoke with told me to email her the positions that I had already applied and she would send my info directly to the hiring managers. I haven't heard anything yet either. Did all of you do just one interview that day or was there also a panel interview. Actually kind of confused as to what that interview even was! Maybe just another weed out process?!?! Do you all have an ADN or BSN? Thanks for any feedback!!

@mamaKD - I'm glad I'm not the only one who's a little confused! I interviewed with a med/surg mgr but my top choices are Tele, Peds, or PCU, and I'm open to various locations. She said she'd definitely recommend me to managers in those units, so I don't know if there would be the need for an additional interview with those managers, or what. I emailed the recruiter I was in touch with and she said decisions may go into next week....so we'll just have to wait and see I guess.

Oh, I have a BSN and I just had one interview that day.

Glad I'm not alone in the confusion! Lol. I am starting my BSN in the fall, so at this point I just have my ADN. I also just did one interview that day, and she acted like I was an excellent canidate for a new grad position, but I left unsure of what had just happened. lol. I did email her the new grad positions that I have applied for within Banner, but no response from her yet. This whole new grad situation is so frustrating. Hi! I just got a call from an hr today and she told me I was hired and theyre going to call me again for the requirements...by the way they are 2 interviews the 1st one are from the banner recruitment team and 2nd interview are panel interview from the managers of different hospitals.
