I just received my acceptance letter from BC! Any one else

BC ADN students, what's next?? Nursing intake meeting, I'll be attending the meeting on the 21st! And orientation in August!!

Woo hoo!! Im going to the intake meeting on the 20th. I did the drug/alcohol screening and set up my background check and portfolio online. Now time is moving soooo slooooow. Lol. Need to schedule for BLS cert. Hall ambulance downtown does classes every Wednesday so I'm gonna check that off soon.

I also did my Drug/alcohol screening and now I'm setting up my portfolio online too! Im new to the area, have you heard anything about BCs ADN program?

No I haven't really heard anything except that it's pretty tough. Which, I don't expect nursing school to be a walk in the park.

I'm so excited. Time is going by so slowly. I can't wait for the intake meeting. I can't wait to get started and get all my uniforms and supplies. I've waited so long for this I can't contain myself. Eeekkkk!!!! :-)

I replied to this thread yesterday and now it's gone.... Hmmm. Weird. Intake meeting was great. Full of good information. I'm so ready for August to be here already.

I haven't started on books yet but I've got my uniforms and I'm getting my tote and CARP ordered this week. What kind of bag are you using? I need to find something new. I still am using the same Jansport backpack I've had since 9th grade. I don't think it'll make it through this.

I still need my uniforms, CPR and mask fit and I'm done!! I'm using just a regular backpack jansport!

I did my mask fit test last week. Yuck it is not fun at all.
